18:49 Sir yeh jo statement hai if you earn more than 25k pm youre in top 1% yeh bhot bada false statement hai, India ka 1% is 14 Lakh...yani sirf itne log hi 25k kama rhe hai? Not possible kyuki central govt ke employees hi 31 lakh h jinki salary obviously 25k se upar hogi, then comes State govt employees then comes pvt doctors engg and IT people.
