It's a wild ol' bank holiday Monday in London town... and with an M&A deal closing tomorrow, I have to spend a bit of time in the morning working, before getting out and enjoying some much-needed downtime, including an eventful dinner with our pals Nat and Chania!

About Me
I'm a trainee lawyer, part-time KZbinr, son, brother, startup founder, boyfriend, black coffee drinker and plant dad. I graduated from Cambridge University (where I studied French and Spanish), topped my law school class and now work for a corporate law firm in London as a trainee solicitor (which takes up a lot of my time)!
Around that I'm a big fan of discovering new ways of thinking, of balancing work with life, and of performing to the very best of my ability. Ohh, and being happy. And I try to share all that on this KZbin channel 😀

To be quite frank with you, i'm tremendously impressed with your youTube channel and also adore all the videos that you have uploaded in your youtube channel. Primarilly, i would like to ask you two questions. How can i be a successful lawyer ? What do i require to know before i set off on the jounery of studying law. Honestly i'm gonna appy to university in augusta 2021. And i do really need to prepare myself for school law, because i want to be a great lawyer. I also want to tell you that i'm not from english country but i'm trying to improve my english by making practice. As relaxing says below he did wha I assume was a 4 year degree in French and Spanish, then a year's course and exams called the GDL, then almost a yar's course and exams called the LPC. After that you are still not qualified. You do 2 years training in a law firm (his current stage) and after those 2 years you are qualified. I did it slightly quicker as my degree was in law and it was 3 years for that first degree, so no need then for the GDL. So 3 years law degree, one year LPC and 2 years working as a trainee solicitor - 6 years in all from age 18 to qualification. It will be pretty similar from 2021 when we move to new exams called SQE1 and 2 after your first degree and something similar to the 2 years as a trainee in an office. This is the English system. Other countries are very different and even here barristers qualify in a different way.
