Just finished Expert Arena Practice, am currently in ecstasy. Movement in this game is often frustrating but I think I could get used to it, combat feels GREAT though. However, story mode seems extremely boring, I couldn’t stop yawning after completing the first level (going downstairs), also I hate mazes. But I got what I was looking for - sick melee combat

Exanima has two things. chad shield grappling and long stick supremacy. Also not to underestimate long sword because me and Darrin killed Sir with a long sword combo and i felt so happy (only took 2 jars of healing but yay)

I love this game so much. The time before last update, it wiped all your saves and I was so invested in my characters that I nearly went full Karen on steam reviews, and then was pissed at the game for a week. Got over it though bc I don't know any other game that is nearly as satisfying when you do perfect movement and get your first "THWACK" off on someone's skull.

Id say. Max height muscle and halfway fat. You could go for max fat for a bit better throws but its up to preference at that point. Just remember the more mass you have the more bullying power you have

@@Seinb I always thought it was going to be a disaster. But the character stance has been getting stiffer over the years, and the movement system overhaul seems like it's built for kitting people around while shooting/casting.
