Excalibur Table Resurfacing

Myself, rather than removing the top from the saw, I would have taped down a sheet of hardboard, traced it from below, then cut a template of the table top. (Its not worth the risk or the effort to remove the saw table, considering there is a simple alternative.)

Perhaps this would have been easier. Ya live and ya learn. But I enjoyed taking the table off and seeing what was underneath. Thanks for your input.
