@diyfferent Even though I don't have a lot, I've worked hard for what I have, and if I have a little extra, I would rather give it to someone who has a heart like mine. I remember what you said about your investment property, and if I had the means, I would have made a home for that reason too. Because I have been in that type of situation more than once, and I'm blessed enough now, that I don't have to worry about it ever happening again. As I discovered earlier this year, all tires have a date code on them on the inside wall. Generally if it's around 10 years old, it's recommended to replace them as they start to deteriorate after that. Mine were original to my car, 18 years old. Might explain all of the flats that I kept getting lol. Life is expensive, most of us can understand delays.

Also, you are keeping your family safe on the road with good tires and brakes ❤️. The complaining losers are most likely the ones exceeding all speed limits and passing in no passing lanes. Seems to be so much of that in Indiana right now and law enforcement can't be everywhere all the time
@diyfferentАй бұрын
Lately, a lot of people have been going way above the speed limit on our road. I don't even feel like taking bikerides anymore because of that. They drove much slower when we moved in.
@surelyso1637Ай бұрын
@diyfferent yes. I noticed during COVID this was happening and when I said so, it was not believed until it was posted in major newspapers and talked about on newcasts. It was reported that cars driving past the museum in Indy were going 100mph! Unbelievable! You're right not to put yourself on your bike for now. My son was really into biking for some time and said some drivers would deliberately push him off the road!
@janicekrech8052Ай бұрын
Wow, I totally relate to your issues. Yesterday I had 2 flats tires that could not be repaired. I had to purchase two new tires. My front breaks and 2 new rotors required immediate repair. Plus a leak in a valve under the sink caused $535 emergency plumbing repair. All this in one week. Crazy how unexpected emergency repairs can change what was planned.

I completely empathize about the flat tire. I had to do similar to my truck a few months ago. I left early one morning while it was still dark and didn't realize one tire was flat. It shredded immediately after pulling on the road. I stopped at the next pull off about a quarter of a mile, but it was too late. Went back and found out that my spare was rusted through in places on the rim. Only had a bottle jack, so I had to dig a hole underneath so it could sit under the back axle to lift enough, take the tire off and take it using another vehicle to get a new tire put on. Once I got it back on, I then drove back to get three more new tires and a new rim/spare. Just like you said, one of those unexpected and sudden expenses.

Yes, new tires! They are much safer. I'll bet it drives smoother now.🙂 When I bought a used car, a beautiful car and expensive brand new, but I got it at a steal, I don't think it even needed the tires replaced, but the first thing I did was had all new tires put on. The guy at Big-O tires was very happy! Lol. First, because he sold 4 new tires, second, he just got four good tires to sell as used.😊 Anyway, I'm happy you're able to replace your tires whether they're new or used, it's going to be safer for you guys! I bet you have a lot of fun on the excavator, knocking down trees! 🙂 Love the music! It went so well with the task.😊 It was like watching a ballet with trees. I noticed the excavator is a John Deer. My brother in law's step mom is John Deer's daughter. I've never met her, but my brother in law, and sister owned a suburban that had belonged to John Deer's. I've rode in that. 😊 Whoo hoo, big woopty-do. Anyway, nice video! Take care! See you in the next video! Bye Doug! 👋 Bye Eevee! 👋 Hi kids! 👋 Bye kids! 👋 Have fun!🎉
