This is really good! All this while I though that I can only sort my data if I have a dropdown option which is only available in a table format.I prefer your way. It looks more clean. I am trying to do a property database but I do not like having those dual colored tables. I prefer yours, simple and neat, white with a drop down. Thanks

Hey, I am making a stat sheet for a hockey team and have all the players on one side and their goals assists points etc in columns to the right. I have formatted the points colum to add up each players goal and assist row. I now want to sort the points column only from most to least. I did the same thing as you but I get the "all cells need to be identically sized". How do I fix this?

I face some problem while selecting the whole data and then sort as many data are missing after sorting and the cell number get decreased. Do I get this problem if I do according to this video? What's the solution for that?

Just select the columns you want to sort, go to Data > Sort. Or is that not what you meant?

I assume you're sorting alphabetically then, rather than by date?
