how do i change the text colour in excel? Not the cell colour. If a word appears multiple times in the spreadsheet and i want to change the font colour for the text. How do i do it?

Hi Evelyn, To change text color, go to the Home Tab, Font Group, and click the Font Color arrow and choose the color you want. To change every color for a specific word, you'll need to use Conditional Formatting. I made a video on it, which I'll link below, but here are the steps: Select all of the cells in your spreadsheet (Control+A) Home Tab, Styles Group, click Conditional Formatting Hover over Highlight Cells Rules, Choose Text that Contains Type the Word that you want changed Click the drop down arrow on the right side and click Custom Format Click the Color Arrow and choose the color you want, and click OK a few times Now every cell containing that word should show up in the right color.
