I wonder if there is something a bout multiple regression to calculate adjusted odds ratio (AOR)

not sure. I focus on uni- and bivariate statistics, and don't know much about multiple regression.

How do you report the results of McNemar post hoc test? Is it ideal to present all p-values? Thank you

It depends I guess on preferences. With the exact-test results the p-value should be enough, while with a chi-square approximation the chi-square value, the df, and n also need to be reported. On peterstatistics.com/CrashCourse/5-ThreeVarPair/binary/MultipleBinaryPaired3b.html I use the Dunn test as an example, but should be similar for the McNemar. If there are only a few post-hoc tests reporting all of them shouldn't be a problem. If there are many, then perhaps there is a 'pattern' that could be reported in the main body and then in an appendix list all of them. Otherwise perhaps show all of them in a table format. Hope this helps.
