Yes I am inserting a blank row as there was no room, I guess there maybe a way with a bit of coding but unfortunately I do not know of anyway to automate this process

Ok. I was wanting one that shows my business income monthly and that shows the money out for each month. Now what I did was skip over 2 rows then started your same process but for June. I was wondering if one could be done to show each month so all you would have to do is enter the income and money out data.. is it possible??

the balance figure remains at zero even if my expenditure is more than my income. Is there any way I can calculate for a loss?

Please double check the formula's I have just tried making my expenditure more than my income and it does show a minus value in the balance cell.

Hi I have succeeded in doing this, first time student. If I wish to do each month, do I open new blank excel or continue down the first month entered?

You can add another sheet (or tab) to the excel file by clicking the plus at the bottom of excel and then you can give it a name (i.e. April) and then you can have a years worth of income and expenditure on one sheet.
