Hi. How do I get better at those nested formulas? Like when to use iserror, isnumber, not in vlookup/if etc? I'm ok with only one or two nested but if it gets too many I don't know. Where do I learn? There are mostly only the simple IF, IF and etc on KZbin. I can't find the advanced formulas/functions where you mix a lot of them together Hope you can help.thanks

Hi. we play with the workmates who tip the most rows on the Europatipset (Sweden; series of 13 fotballmatches). And now I have created a spreadsheet about who has how most right. Everything works until we have some with the same number of right. I have a formula that finds the most number right and writes in the cell next to the winner's name. But if they are two or more? how to write all the names that are right? Thanks!

I am so happy that I found this video. I have a question for you. If you can help me that will be great. On the 1st excel sheet, I have a thousand serial numbers. On the 2nd excel sheet, I have 600 serial numbers from Access (export Access to Excel). For some reason, excel does not recognize the 2nd excel sheet's serial numbers when I tried match and VLOOKUP. But when I tried another excel sheet it works fine, but only when I use Assess export to excel sheet I have these problems. If you can help me with this it will save a lot of time.

Check if numbers are stored as text. Usually you'll see a little green mark in the cell. They either have to be numbers in both sheets or of both text.

Other than that it could be some invisible space issues in the cell before or after serial numbers.

Changing formatting doesn't convert data. Try "Text To Columns" tool to convert text to numbers. Just select your serial numbers then go to Text To Columns and just next next next next.

The only way to do this is using VBA, so yes, it's possible, but can be very complicated.
