When you click on "Subtotal", there is a small checkbox at the bottom of the new window which says "Summary below data"

how can i put the title of the group ABOVE, when the group is opened? it's so annoying to have it at the end of the group

I don't see the subtotal icon in Data

Make sure to use the offline version of Microsoft Office. It could also be, that you need activate this function through the menu 😊
