You can adjust the number of sheets and more using the Page Setup option. CTRL + P > Page Setup > in the Page Setup dialog, select the option 'Fit to *1* Page wide by *1* tall'

Holding the Ctrl Key, Click on the small right arrow in the bottom left corner of the Workspace to navigate to the last worksheet. Similarly, holding the Ctrl Key, Click on the small left arrow to navigate to the first worksheet of an Excel workbook. You can also create a Macro for the same. I have a video on this topic in my another KZbin channel for Excel Tutorials. Search for 'Macro to select the first or last sheet of an Excel workbook' to see that video.
