Sir , Is there any way to create a Parent Product .....for eg. Mobile Phone is Parent Product and Battery, Charger, Phone Case, Memory Card (Those which comes along with the Mobile Phone) is sub Products.....as In if we sell one mobile phone.....other sub product must automatically reduce by one or two or three

It can be done, but you have go through the concept of Data Validation (Drop down lists).
