That you have 2 layers does not mean you have only 2 py curves. You need to construct many py curves along the pile by inputting parameters in the yellow cells in Excel.

Each py curve is constructed for each depth, depending on the soil properties of that particular depth.

Layered soil profile does not matter. just construct the py curve of a depth according to the methodology of that soil type. If you look at the required input parameters, you will understand.
