This is exactly how Engineering examples should be taught! Thank you for the amazing tutorial.

Thank you for using an actual engineering example instead of blandly going through the functions - this is awesome!

I am a mechanical engineer and i also see senior engineers at my company doing excel and I feel that I am not good for the job. so I am watching this tutorial outside office hrs to learn and engineer it fast and smartly.

Thanks, Charlie! I shared your presentation with all my young engineers at my office. I'm so accustomed to just doing the work myself, that its hard for me to sit down in the mentoring capacity and go through things with them in a one on one environment all the time. Your presentation allows them to work along with you as you demonstrate the building of the particular formula. I am so thankful for coming across your page.

Thank you so much for making these videos. I'm a senior in mechanical engineering trying to teach myself Excel for an internship this summer. Unfortunately, none of my college courses teach Excel, and I've heard from many in the industry that Excel is often used in engineering. I really appreciate it!

This is the stuff i am wanting to learn now before i graduate. I LOVE my classes, but i need to learn some more practical outside examples. Machine design was one of my favorite subjects. I want to learn more of using excell for engineering, not just numerical methods and solving for eulers method. But i want to actually do things like this

Wonderful. Thank you so much Charlie Young to share all the functions that most of engineers don´t know yet, what you explained it is very useful for me since I´m solving chemical engineering problems and I´m trying to improve my skills in Excel as well. Saludos!

It kind of assumes that you've already graduated with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or something like that and you've been exposed to a class that I believe is commonly called "machine elements" where you go through the theoretical knowledge to solve problems like this.
