Thanks but please can you help, have you tried creating data validation from postgres tables on a column in excel .. here is the problem statement, Until we develop front end, we want to continue using excel but people are entering wrong data causing us huge issues. So can you give some Ideas, like say excel from a sharepoint which is always connected to postgres .. Then for data we want it to be auto populated or use only data which is showing up from postgres database, for that each column in excel will read table of postgres as a data validation so user cannot enter any random data. Is it possible

Hi Sir, my question is: "where is the K3POSDB come from? How can I get those string from my pgSQL?" And the second question is: "What if the pgSQL is running on my localhost? Just input the IP of the localhost or input something else?"

K3POSDB is the name of the database created inside postgres. If it is running in localhost, you can use localhost then the defaul port 5432
