I honestly can't decide between this and Excellence Riviera Cancun. I'm so impressed with the size of this jacuzzi and the private pool. This is definitely more affordable. I feel like you get more for your money in Punta Cana than Cancun. I gotta do some more research on this property and the food. We've only been to Secrets Cap Cana last year and everything was great. But prices have gone up so much. Great review and room tour!

Hey thanks for checking us out. Honestly you cannot go wrong with either choice but in my opinion excellence is a far better overall resort. But riviera Cancun has better food. So if you are basing it solely on food go to Cancun but if you’re looking for better atmosphere and amazing drinks I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend trying Excellence out especially if this is a romantic type of getaway for you. Hey thanks for watching… if you have ever experienced a swim up room at a different resort try something different… when you want to be around larger crowds you can always just go to the main pool and then when you want your privacy can have just that. Either way you cannot go wrong and you will have a blast.

@@Steph-v6c hey thanks for watching and yes there is a room on both sides. However the hedges surrounding the pool provides enough privacy from each room and trust it is private enough for you to do what ever you like in privacy.

Great question! no actually it’s pretty close I would say it’s about a 5-6 min walk to main pool so you are not far from the fun. But have the privacy when you want it.

I have a full vlog on my channel from our time at this resort and at the beginning of the vlog I do a room tour of another room that a relative stayed in called “Private Pool and Deck” it’s also another nice room category if you would like to see that one. But I honestly preferred our room. Because of the lay out of the room just seemed like more of a vibe. Cheers

Hey we were in room 9002 and yes there are rooms above but we never seen anyone on the balconies
