Great video! My wife and I have stayed at Excellence 4 times and Finest twice with the little one... However, I have never done the 2 story terrace suite because anyone I have talked to who booked it felt they didnt use the plunge pool and that the majority of the time it was difficult to get the water warm enough to enjoy. Wanted to get your take on your experience with the room and if you would book the 2 story again. Appreciate your time

Hi Arthur- thanks for watching. We were at the resort end of October & felt the plunge pool was just right. We enjoyed it both during the day when it was hot & sunny also at night when it was a little cooler. Just bring up towels, robes & most importantly slippers (b/c those stairs get slippery when wet) 💧 for when you hop out. In addition to the plunge pool itself we enjoyed the lounger / sunrise & sunset & Michael showered up there every morning. We’ve already booked our return trip - same room category.

Wife is currently pregnant with baby boy #2 so we actually had to cancel our return their for next month... so I rebooked for May 2023 with the kids at Finest and October 2023 just the two of us, so that is the exact month we will be there! If you dont mind answering one more question, what about beverage and food service... as obviously with the swim up suites and other suites the staff are constantly walking up and checking on you/taking your orders every hour... Im assuming thats not an option in the 2 story suites but hoping im wrong

How deep was the plunge pool? Is it deep enough to stand up in and still be submerged or is it more of a hot tub size?

When you're standing up in it, the plunge pool only comes up to around your knees or slightly higher.

If you both decide to book this Finest Playa Mujeres, I suggest if you could book Excellence Club Swim up suite, it is the best ever experience. This resort is the best place you ever experience.
