High season is the worst time to buy. We all know that real estate is unlike hot markets in Florida, homes take much longer to sell and you can still build an amazing home for 100K if you go local. But God bless him and I hope he sold his home and got what he wanted. As we all know asking price and purchase price is very different. Awesome video.

you r right my friend, when you r ready to buy, purchase something that the average Dominican would buy ,that way you can always sell it back ,without losing your shirt, this house is worth 85K

exactly but for someone coming from the USA, Australia or the U.K they see 149 and thing OMG what a deal. However if your middle class Dominican, you look at the price and see it is over valued (90 is more true market value). But I get it, there is two markets, one for foreigners and one for locals or those ex pats that live the local DR lifestyle and have good Dominican friends.
