That last special desert was really cool .I worked as a cook in fine dining we had a very intricate dessert plate but the guest never got to see the plating which was fun even though its a serious snooty fine dining restaurant.

Yes! It’s very amusing to see how they plate the special dessert there, and when they prepared the snacks in the dining area so people can see how it’s done. It’s fun to watch. 😊
