Excellent jig! Thanks for sharing. Why don't you add the 2 holes for the 32mm spaced screws to the jig? If you made them wide enough to use a bradawl, it would save time aligning the hinges after drilling the pocket.

21.5mm leaves insufficient distance to adjust the door sideways to get the edge flushed to the frame
