That was one of THE best coaching jobs of all time on any of "The Voices". There are some singers who dance all around breaking through, but their voices just don't have what they need to do it. This is why we hear really good Karaoke singers all over the world, who've not "made it". And if you're not a singer AND songwriters? There's just not many avenues that have that hidden door to break through. Then you have someone like this gal. It's not that her voice can't or won't go where it must? It will. But SHE has to LET IT do so. They saw this, and tried to get her focused on everything & anything, OTHER than herself, thinking about her singing, and HOW she was going to sing. In flying, if you find yourself in an emergency, have no options left to stay in the air, you MUST focus on finding a place to land. But that's not what will save your life. What will? FLY THE PLANE. STOP thinking about what else you can do- that time has past- FLY THE PLANE. You already know how to do this, so DO IT. Her voice is the same thing. JUST SING. And Be IN the song, it's feeling/emotion, it's pocket- Your voice will follow. That girls on the verge- only question is, will she fight through the self-doubt and attempt at control, and finally LET GO? I think she will. She had great coaches.

The final apresentation was the best. I think she was very insecure, but she has a great voice, if she work on built her confidence she could discover extensions that she didn't even knew that was there.

Think Jess needs to realize that giving someone a chance means going to someone else might teach the girl something different or another style without catching an attitude on live TV. The guys were right your not always going to agree. They were trying to stop her catching an attitude. If it doesn't work it doesn't work, but you being a coach means putting the work in too. She might not be a singer, but a song writer. There are numerous people who write songs for singers as well make good money on the royalties. Jess just didn't like it because of her insecurities of coaching thought came into question. It's not about her though, but the other person trying to make a break and career.

I agree Alia is a star and better than some stars already. Jesse is good but sometimes she does runs and riffs and it's too much. For her to be so insulting about a new girl. It says a lot. Sure she needs more training but most artists today practice too. Come on Jess...really!!

Her voice is really good, she has the ability to be a great singer, but I thought that in some of performances she looked lost and a bit surprised - killing me softly. Nerves are horrible and you could see and hear that, but I do think that she got better.

Stay was good. She was getting more confident performing by then and I think she felt the song more. I don't think she connected with these choices and you could tell she just didn't feel them lol. She's absolutely gorgeous and has a beautiful voice, just let her feel the groove and she'll be fine!

Teaching this young girl was like training a baby to walk. She couldn’t even listen to simple instructions to keep the mic at a certain level without a mic stand. She has a beautiful voice, but she needs a lot more training.
