The 'taxe fonciere' for this property is showing up as being one euro per annum! How can this be correct? Also there are mistakes in the energy ratings, as the figures in the charts indicate E and D ratings, one notch lower than the D and C ratings shown. It would be good if you can correct and clarify this.

I thought the house was just beautiful, I like that they remodeled the kitchen up kept the old -world charm to it, also the bathrooms as well, also were a great size, I liked the walk- in closets. I didn't get if there was a garden or not the way the camara panned the outside area.
