The property speaks for itself! (I was amused to note the guid's shirt poking out behind him.) It is very elegant and seems well-maintained and I am sure worth the financial outlay. Although it was presented as a legal guesthouse it views as as a lovely home for the discriminating buyer. Thank you.

It is sold turnkey. There are some personal possessions yet basically everything you see is included.

Kitchens are often weak in historical riads. The idea is that the lady and master of the house don't go there. Your staff do the cooking. I prefer a big modern kitchen ... there's room in here to do one.

It has a 390m2 footprint. That's a pretty big Riad! It has been restored to a fabulous standard whilst respecting the proportions of the original building. A superb property.
