Espana is better. While still a distance away from the beach area, it is closer to south Jomtien beach. I stayed at the Venetian for a week when I first moved here. In my opinion, the only positive was the price and the pool. This condo resort, aside from the pool, is poorly kept, too far from everything (no baht bus route) and dark (not enough sun), and the management is not the friendliest. I wouldn't stay there again for half that price! My choice for all around benefit, checking all the boxes is Grand Caribbean Condo Resort. I've been here going on two years and love everything about it. The grounds, the amazing pool, and the main baht bus route right outside the front gate. Also, the best security out of all the resorts here. I first secured a month here for 300 dollars on agoda and fell in love with the place. Obviously, you choose what appeals to you.

My wife and I lived in a small 1 bed unit in Jomtien while our main Condo was completed. Strongly suggest RENT the SMALL condos as they get pretty claustrophobic very quickly. Another good review Cooper👍

I saw this place when I was there April-May and felt it was a bit outside of the zone I want to be in. Having said that, the pricing kind of makes up for the location. Would definitely have to have wheels of some sort, though, so you don't feel stranded.

Very nice place. I like the tiny kitchen as I think many condos make the kitchen too big for a small place. Ideal for an individual, not a couple. I prefer no separate bedroom for small 1 bed condos to make the space feel bigger.

Did not like the bathroom.Big sink but no space around the sink for soap, razor/shaver, electric toothbrush, waterpic etc. Otherwise, nice room and complex,

Why is it called Coopers Thai adventure when it is just doing cheap condo tours for a Russian guy.. they won't be available long so really the back catalogue of your videos are kind of useless ... perhaps a change of name...
