Very nice metro! I love how the trains still are basically original from the technical point. Epic loud motors, buzzy breaks and a buzzing sound when at a station. Very similar, if not the same as the Tbilisi metro trains. Nice video, thanks for filming this epic metro system and trains

Thanks! Yeah, they have a character- I like it too. By the way I have a video about Tbilisi metro as well in my uploads. I think it also should show in my Railways playlist.

I would like to go there, but I have a question. how's the filming? do the police allow or make me remove videos and photos?
@artis_guru Жыл бұрын
The place and people there are amazing. But about the filming of “strategic objects” it’s bit funny. In general: the less a society has moved away from the communistic/totalitarian thinking (like the one in USSR), the more problems you’ll get when trying to film/photograph. I usually try to do it discretely so I don’t have the hassle of explaing to anyone that I’m not a spy etc.

It is curious that video was filmed in pandemic time but just few people wear face mask, it was mandatory there?
@artis_guru8 ай бұрын
No, it was quite a lot of freedom there, which I was happy to see. I even was sharing my thoughts about it in my long Yerevan video.

This is so hillarious about those “strategical objects”… :D If you prohibit people to film them, what is the point? Do you really think that with my videos I can reveal something to any other countrie’s intelligence community, that they don’t already know? I remember once in Russia’s far north I was most serioulsy rebuked for taking a photo of an intersection of two small roads. And the reason was that one of those roads lead to “a strategic object” (wich itself wasn’t even visible there by the way), and my photos might reveal to some foreign spies the trajectory of the roads and the angles of the “strategic intersection”… :D Just open Google Satellite Map and look up all those angles, if you are that dreaded “American Spy”… What new will my photo reveal that they already don’t know?! :D

I prefer Baku metro more than Tbilisi's and Yerevan's ones. Baku metro is well renovated and modern with 3 lines and nearly 26-27 stations. The last station is opener last year "8 noyabr" 8th November is named because of liberation of Shusha from armenian occupation.

@@janicz8597 Karabakh is official and legal part of Azerbaijan. The one "artskakh" you said was just seperatists propaganda used by armenians. Even Polish government support territorial integrity and sovereignity of Azerbaijan. The problem was ended last year.
