Vaccine or no vaccine, I think one of the biggest factors is managing stress and not allowing yourself to be subject to the fear mongering media we’re constantly exposed to. With this pandemic, multiple global wars/conflicts, political turmoil, and advances in AI and technology, all we’re told is that all hope is lost and that we should fear for our lives. Please remember that your mental and emotional health is just as important as your physical, and none of those are independent from each other. If you want to stay physically strong, you will need to remain mentally, emotionally, and spiritually strong as well. Stay strong, friends.

a real simple way of doing that is don't watch any tv news or any stuff on any big platform. Netflix and most series have mind programming involved too, to slowly shape your beliefs, opinions and lifestyle. Boycott them too. If many stopped watching and they went bankrupt, that wpuld be awsome.

Everyone I know gained weight over Covid. People who were in good shape, including myself have gained 10-15lbs or more. A ton of people are working from home getting little to no exercise, but have higher stress. Homelessness is up 10% in the US. The opioid epidemic is still in full swing. I don’t think this is just one thing.

How do you explain the fact that in almost all the graphs, the excess deaths by each cause that is high after 2021 (when the vaccine became available) is also high in 2020 (when there was no vaccine available)? That suggests that the vaccine has nothing to do with today's excess deaths.....especially so given that the most likely cause, the virus itself, is endemic and has been present throughout the entire period of excess deaths.

I’m sorry… that must be so hard… you’ve now got the bite of propaganda and will never surrender your independent/intuitive/critical thinking again and that’s worth something, definitely. Maybe check out 3 day fasting w electrolytes (Dr. Berg has some good videos about it.) It helped me tremendously after covid (was having a very tough time a year and a half post) and I’ve heard it helps with spikes situation too. Benfotiamine and supplements too. Be empowered to research and try and document (important because some things have benefits that take time… and benefits that dissipate once you stop and documenting helps put two and two together.) Anyway, I encourage you to not waste any life in the wasted energy of regret because we can’t go back in time as humans… but we can take our power back and run with the wisdom 💜 you did what you did out of love, so that part was right and good, just manipulated. You won’t let it happen again. Those who can’t see their errors, refuse to see them for whatever reasons, are sadly doomed to repeat until if/when they let themselves look within and out.

I've been to eight funerals this year, alone. Six were family, four being very close+my father. The last close death prior was 2008. This year has been a pure, neverending nightmare. I will also say that I've mostly contracted illness once a winter since the age of 14, 26 years ago... No more than once a year with the exception of two years; I have been sick more often than I've been well since my vaccination in January of 2021. Not an exaggeration in the slightest. Something is terribly wrong and nothing will be done about it. This is our new norm and will only get worse. I have a 5yo son. If he goes early from anything related to the current issues, on my word as a man, I will be on the news and in the history books from that day forward. I have never felt this way in my life before now... and I know I'm not the only one.

Urge anyone you know who took it to consider fasting, if you care about them. This can undo the damage to the white blood cells, which is causing the worst of these problems. Some benefits of doing occasional extended fasting: High blood pressure is lowered to normal levels very quickly while fasting. Fibrosis/scarring is reversed over time, including in the heart and lungs. Fasting increases T cell production and regenerates the thymus. T cells are vital in fighting cancer, autoimmune disease and infections but as we age the thymus stops making as many of them. Fasting releases stem cells, which then can become new T cells. Fasting also releases growth hormone, which regenerates the thymus itself, which aids this process! Fasting stimulates phagocytosis, the ingestion of bacteria, plaques and viruses by the immune system. This will also remove any spikes, whether natural or unnatural in origin! Blood clotting is reduced and blood clots and arterial plaque are reabsorbed into the body. Blood sugar and insulin are lowered when fasting, allowing white blood cells to move more freely throughout the body and do their job. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Fasting increases nitric oxide release. Fasting restores NAD+ to healthy levels. Reflexes and short term memory are increased. Fasts from 36-96 h increase metabolic rate due to norepinephrine release! Telomeres are lengthened and fasting also increases anti-aging Yamanaka factors. After 72 hours or more fasted, your body recycles up to 1/3 of all immune bodies, rejuvenating your entire immune system. This helps prevent the onset of new autoimmune conditions, which develop through a leaky gut and damaged immune system. Fasting can help with MS, Depression, BPD, Autism and seizures. Thymus is regenerated, which suppresses aging and renews the immune system. The thymus also plays a vital role in fighting cancer. Weight loss from daily caloric restriction has 1/4 to 1/3 of the weight lost as lean tissue while many studies show fat loss from 36 h fasts without losing any lean tissue! The obese will lose extra tissue like loose skin while fasting, but the skinny or frail will have increased growth hormone release than the obese, which helps to make more lean tissue and reduce frailness. When you move out of MTOR your body shuts down the building blocks of the cell required for viruses to replicate. What breaks a fast? Anything with protein or carbohydrates in it will break a fast. Most teas and herbs are OK. Most supplements and meds will either break ketosis directly or contain a filler that will. Many meds are dangerous to take while fasting. Does fasting lower testosterone? No, it raises it when the fast is broken by increasing lutenizing hormone. Fasting also increases insulin sensitivity, which helps with muscle building. Fasts of 36-96 will not affect short term female fertility or affect menstrual cycle. They also may increase long term fertility, especially in women with PCOS. Fasting reduces pain and anxiety by stimulating the endocannabinoid system in a similar way to CBD oil. One day of fasting can cut your leptin levels in half and gets your immune system working properly again! This reduces leptin resistance, which impairs immune function. Stomach acid is reduced over time while fasting and can allow for the healing of treatment resistant ulcers. Some patients may need continued acid reduction medication while fasting. Does the body preferentially prefer glucose as a fuel? No. Except for brief periods of very intense exercise, your body mainly burns fats in the form of free fatty acids. Your brain also prefers to burn ketones at a rate of around 2.5 to 1 when they are available in equal quantity to glucose. Fasting stimulates the AMPK complex and activates autophagy. Autophagy (literally self eating) will cause cells to recycle damaged proteins and foreign matter such as viruses. It will can kill cancerous and senescent cells Lowering insulin via fasting virtually eliminates chronic inflammation in the body. It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. Increased mitochondrial function also has the added benefit of increasing your metabolism, fighting infection and cancer prevention! Fasting releases BDNF and NGF in the blood which stimulates new nerve and brain cell growth. This can help a great deal with diseases like MS, peripheral neuropathy and Alzheimers. When not in ketosis, the brain can only burn carbohydrate, which produces a great deal of damaging ROS the brain has to deal with. Fasting also increases telomere length, negating some of the effects of aging at a cellular level. When you fast, this stimulates apoptosis in senescent or genetically damaged cells, destroying them. Senescent cells are responsible for many of the effects of aging and are a root cause of the development of cancer. A fasting mimicking diet for 3-5 days in a row also provides many of the same benefits as water fasting. FMD usually has 200-800 calories, under 18 g of protein and extremely low carbs. Exogenous ketones can aid with fasting, making it easier in healthy people and allowing some people with specific issues to fast in spite of them without worrying as much about hypoglycemia. They also help with dementia and many other issues even if you take them while not fasting! Glycine and trimethylglycine can also be useful supplements while fasting that won't break ketosis and have many benefits. Children, pregnant or nursing women should not fast for periods longer than 16 hours. People with pancreatic tumors or certain forms of hypoglycemia generally cannot fast at all. Type 1 diabetics can also fast but it is more complicated and should be approached with caution as it could lead to ketoacidosis. If you experience extreme symptoms of some kind, especially dizziness or tremors, then simply break the fast and seek advice. I had my second Pfizer vaccine on August 30th 2021. Three to four weeks later I started to feel poorly. I had a pinching pain in my back between the shoulder blades, heart palpitations, pains in the neck and headaches. I also had a peculiar pain where it felt as if somebody was pushing a finger into a particular spot on the back of my head. This continued for around eleven days, at which point it abruptly stopped. Then, about another eleven days later, it was back, and I felt generally unwell with these same symptoms from October 2021 till March 2022. I couldn't quite put my finger on what it was, but felt it was somehow related to my heart. When I had a routine eye test in October 2021, I fully expected the optician to find something, but the photos taken of my eyes showed them to be perfectly healthy. One Sunday in March 2022, I felt so grotty that I decided I would pay to see a GP ; at the time, it was all but impossible to get an appointment at the local surgery. The following day I woke and felt much better, and from that point forward had none of the symptoms, apart from periodic palpitations. I was careful over the summer, cycling 10K a day, knocking off alcohol, eating well and losing two stone in weight. And yet in September 2022 the set of symptoms I'd had the previous autumn and winter came back again. I had them on and off until the spring of this year when, lo and behold, they once again disappeared. Similar story this autumn : generally felt fine over the summer - albeit not eating so well, and back drinking alcohol - but in late October, for the third year running, the symptoms returned. However, this time I have additional symptoms : I often feel feverish and a little light-headed, and have pain in the muscles of my left and right arms. The general pain around the region between the shoulder blades is as bad as ever, and I've also had days when I've wanted to do nothing but sleep. The palpitations are there too. Worried, I called 111 at the beginning of November. They organised a telephone conversation with a GP at my local practice. Once she'd satisfied herself I wasn't having a heart attack, she booked me in for a blood test and ECG. Blood test showed cholesterol was slightly high at 5.4 and red cell count on the low side, but otherwise all ok. ECG also came back all clear, yet I feel ILL ! Seems utterly bizarre that it's worse in the autumn/winter, especially if heart related, as you'd assume you'd be feeling poorly all the time. Has anybody else experienced anything similar ? I have felt so rough on occasions that I would've gone to A&E if I hadn't had my dog to care for. Is it coincidental that all this kicked off following my second covid jab ?

I'm all for the vaccines being exposed if they are indeed what is causing excess mortality. But either I'm oblivious or this data isn't showing it. Since the vaccines weren't widely available until early 2021, we should expect the increase in excess mortality to be quite small in 2020, overall. But it is virtually identical with 2022, when we had huge numbers of people vaccinated. Taking an even closer look, ischemic and respiratory-related deaths were the highest at the start of the pandemic, not when the jab was rolled out or even afterwards. Or, for that matter, when Omicron emerged and infection rates skyrocketed. So I'm not entirely sure what to take away from this data. Perhaps the psychological effect of lockdowns were the most damaging, at least initially?

Sending you positive energy and my prayers. Your work is much needed. I hope all your family members and yourself are OK. I’m glad, despite living in Western Australia My husband, my daughter and I were able to stand the pressure and refuse the experimental gene therapy that was falsely sold as “vaccines”. It was hard, but I’m so glad we did it. And so grateful for the many heroes that stood up and resisted. God bless you, Dr Campbell. 🙏🏽

Do you notice a lot less people on the streets? I'm in small town Canada, and I notice the grocery stores are always quiet now. Even on the busiest days, it's only 3 buggies deep at the checkouts. It's very noticeable there. But when I go to the larger urban centers, it's harder to tell as they've flooded the places with immigrants. So they're filling the gaps where other people normally would be, so a person doesn't notice as much. Just my skewed take on it.

Fasting can regenerate the immune system which prevents most of these issues. It also removes any 'foreign materials' more quickly by stimulating phagocytosis. Fasting restores your circadian rhythm to normal over time. The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. It will can kill cancerous and senescent cells It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. While skepticism can be healthy, it’s also crucial to rely on credible sources of information. My aunt tragically passed away from COVID-19. When the swine flu emerged, there were similar conspiracy theories suggesting that it was a government creation or fabrication. However, my wife and I contracted it and spent nine days in the intensive care unit. My wife nearly lost her life to it. Before COVID-19 was widely recognized in the U.S., my aunt passed away in November 2019 from what was later identified as COVID-19. Unfortunately, conspiracy theorists often point fingers at the government. I used to subscribe to many of these theories until I realized that much of it is misinformation propagated by foreign actors who benefit from spreading conspiracy theories to undermine our faith in the government and create confusion. While everyone has the right to their beliefs, my personal experience has shown me that this was not a planned pandemic or some nefarious plot. Life simply takes unexpected turns sometimes.

@@eddieforrest973 Hi, my viewpoint wasn't created from watching conspiracy theorist accounts. My beliefs were solidified by talking to nurses directly that I know, plus a family member was a top person in the airforce in infectious diseases an in charge of western usa covid emergency. When it came to online things though, at the time I'm currious did you see these things or were they kept from your knowledge with the extreme censorship? 1. The interactive W.E.F. website model with covid19 as the main component to accomplish so many goals. It was up in SPRING OF 2020! You had to be a member to see and use it. It was hundreds and hundreds of sophisticated spiderweb of interactions. Stuff from, dealing with an aging population, to 5G system, to major countries, to transhumanism, world government, etc.... 3. did you watch the few countries that wouldnt do the mandates, get thrir leaders assassinated? I was so proud of John Magufuli of Tanzania, I would watch mpst of his speeches. The world powers got really mad when he took the test kits and swabbed tires, goats, fruit, motor oil, all kinds of stuff and pretended it was human swabs and sent the kits back. To discover the WHO said that many of those were positive. He then explained the trick that he did to see if the tests were legit and stated that his country wasnt going to play the covid game. Weeks later he was kidnapped and missing. After 2 weeks of missing, he showed up with pnuemonia. They say he died of pnumonia. Months later they say he died of hesrt attack. Hatian president said he wasnt gonna play either. He flat out got shot. Beirut city wouldnt play either. Their important port got blown up. did ur aunt get the 4 in one flu shot just before she died, i wonder? There WAS something in 2020 causing micro clots all over some peoples bodies. My one nurse friend had 15 patients total like that, that she tended too. She never got sick. the protocalls and neglect is what killed most in 2020 with "covid". When tv news was saying central park tent hospitals were so busy with covid sick that it was like a war zone, a guy i watch, Linkin Karim went there the next day and filmed the tents. Breezes blew the tent doors open and showed they were EMPTY. The workers wrre bored sitting in lawn chairs outside. This was the NEXT DAY. He quickly put the video up. He was outside the park on the sidewalk, zooming in. Security guards spotted him and came running yelling at him to go away. KZbin unfortunately found the video 2 weeks later snd deleted it. He put it back up like a month later but now it lacked the date to prove the time. You mentioned swine flu. Did you see the old 60 minutes episode from like the 70s exposing the fraud of the swine flu from the 60s i think it was and all the crippled people from the shots? Anyone could have looked at these entities 20 years ago and seen that they are junk people literally leave on the seat in the train. it is obvious just from the quantity of text or hours of broadcast that it would be junk without a huge work force. To have any clue about the subject would take months of independent research that these writers obviously hadn't done if they were writing all sorts of other junk they had no clue about the week before. Maybe kids need to be told to copy other peoples homework as a learning experience in how journalism works. You copy from the kids who get good grades and they copy it out of a textbook their parents conveniently provided. In journalism this is called a press release. These days there is even AI tools that can rehash the article (or mass produce comments under articles for that matter) in seconds.

I asked Bing ai if there is a link between COVID vaccine and excess deaths. It said no sitting lots of sources stating there is no link and reminding me to be careful about what sources I listen too. I then asked what European countries had the lowest increase in excess deaths. It showed a decrease for Latvia Romania and Bulgaria. I then asked what European countries had the Lowest uptake of COVID vaccines. Guess what Bulgaria and Romania.

It's getting harder and harder not to want to kill ourselves, I am a christian and I to feel the depression and hopelessness of this world but my faith keeps me pushing on and praying. Life is getting harder with every year. We can't afford things anymore, the cost of living is way higher than most of our income and the more people we lose the colder and lonier we feel. This world is hard for the poor and lonely. We need to be careful how we talk to people because people don't need much to push them over the edge these days. This world is changing and for the worse.

Fasting can not only remove these safe n defective medications from the body more quickly, but also help reverse dementia, which is largely a disease of the mitochondria, like cancer. Vitamin D plasma levels are increased as fasting improves metabolic health, and vitamin D in turn increases autophagy. Fasting restores your circadian rhythm to normal over time. The hunger hormone ghrelin also lowers with extended fasting and rises from dieting. It will can kill cancerous and senescent cells It increases mitochondrial function and repairs mitichondrial DNA, leading to improved ATP production and oxygen efficiency. If you just ask the right question, the answer is automatically given. I come from a smaller sized German town with a hospital in Lower Saxony. As double degree economist and MBA I always followed the published Covid cases and statistics there (glad they unusually published them). Nothing to worry about. Our middle-aged (40-50) friends are mostly unvacced. They got Covid, mostly at a later phase and got mild or semi-severe (less than some influenza infection before) symtoms. So, all in all, no big deal. But others than our (mainly, if possible unmasked) kids, got quite long illness streaks in school. My friends and we are glad we took the risk (?) and effort not to follow the mainstream. Keep up the good work!

If you pay attention to the charts that are split by cause of death, in pretty much every chart, the excess deaths begin all through 2020 and continue through to today. All the deaths in 2020 are not jabbed (as there was no jab available in 2020). If there is something other than the jab causing the excess deaths in 2020 and the excess deaths continue into 2021 and beyond, isn't it logical to presume that whatever the cause is in 2020 is likely to be the same cause in 2021+? I know that doesn't fit the rampant anti-vax narrative on this channel but it's pretty irrefutable already in the graphs shown in this video that the cause of the excess deaths isn't vaccine related.

I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my heart since I took vaccine twice and caught Covid. I’m in my mid 30’s and I get palpations almost every time I go for a long jog. I also have gotten irregular heart beat and even mild angina that last a few seconds.

Presumably your conclusion is the same as mine, from the graphs shown, that the almost certain cause of the rise is the virus. How else can you explain that for almost every cause of death shown, the excesses started in 2020 which was a year before the vaccine was even available!

How about ling COVID symptoms? We dont know the effects of long COVID, what about an increase in working from home thus sitting, not getting enough sunkight, exercise and human interaction. What about inflation and lower wages increasing stress, what about food being more expensive and the quality of nutrition going down. So many other things to point to besides a medicine no scientific study anywhere in the world has shown to be anything but helpful

My 38 year old friend just died of sudden liver failure last month. She didn’t drink, was pescatarian, didn’t drink anything but water and coffee. She wasn’t I’ll or being treated for anything. Had a nine month old baby. Just felt I’ll and died four days later. They were looking for a liver and found one but she went into multi organ failure and coded an he before surgery was scheduled. It was stunning. She had all of her shots for work.

Just last night I was called a tin foil hat wearer by my boss at a business dinner. Much to the amusement of the others at the table. He has had every jab he could get and even bragged about it. I just laugh it off now. As my old grandad used to tell me when I was a kid. "empty vessels make the loudest noises son". I am sorry but I find it hard to have sympathy for these people after being vilified like this for the last 3 years.

I was 20 when the pandemic hit, I lost a lot of friends and family who labeled me as a conspiracy theorist and far right bigot for simply telling them to hold on for more information. Fast forward to today here we are, the shit I didn’t want happening, rip.

Similar thing happened to me when I told friends and family to take IVM worm medicine. They laughed at me. This was when the pandemic first hit the US. I caught it in Feb of 2020 and IVM was unheard of at that time. I read one article from Bangladesh that showed it was given to 60 patients and they all recovered, so I hurriedly got some IVM dog pills. None of the incompetent Drs in the US at that time would prescribe it for Covid, so I was forced to take animal medicine. I went from covid pneumonia in both lungs, and knocking on heaven's door, to fully recovered in 4 days. 4 or 5 months later, numerous friends and family go Covid, and I was laughed at and ridiculed for telling them to take the worm medicine. Several of them died on ventilators in the hospital. The crooked FDA along with Gilead pharmaceuticals, gave an emergency approval to Remdesivir and made it the only medicine that could be used to treat covid in hospitals. They were charging 4000 dollars for 4 IV treatments and made billions. It was approved, despite the fact that it caused kidney failure in 50% of the ebola patients years ago. As soon as my IVM skeptical cousin was admitted to the hospital, they gave her remdesivir and her kidneys failed, which caused fluid to build up in her lungs. When this happened, they put her on a ventilator where she died. They did the same thing to another IVM skeptic that refused my advice. I told the guy's brother that he needed to call the doctor and insist he give him IVM, but he said "I'm not gonna do that, the doctors will think I'm crazy if I tell them to give my brother worm medicine". His brother died on a ventilator a week later.

I had the Pfizer vax, along with 2 boosters. Got sick after that. Didn’t die. Got back to my healthy state. Then in December 2022, back of my neck had a very sore bump pop up. Immediately went in to my longtime Dermatologist and was diagnosed with very aggressive skin cancer, melanoma. Then in February 2023, an MRI found a fresh new brain tumor. Now it is November 15 with a History of skin surgeries, radiation treatments, and infusions that would fill a book. Still alive. Had Petscan a day ago and will find out results Tuesday. Wish me Luck! Oh and pharmacy, Medicare, and others keep wanting me to get 3rd booster. Donald
