WTF happened to Exchange 106 LED lights on the exterior ? Has the system malfunctioned less that year opening ? Real embarrassment for the city. It took me a good 1 week to figure out what was the message on the LED. Finally I figured it was “Malaysia Prihatin”. The owner was duped by the Chinese lighting contractors. A real shame.
