That argument of letting each school district decide whether or not to reopen is morbid, it means that the rich districts that can afford to give students laptops or tablets will transfer online while poorer districts will most likely open up and since kids mostly don't show symptoms they will still get spread it to each other with out knowing. This is the scary part, viruses spread that's what they do so after they incubate in the lungs they will spread all over the body before antigens kill it off a few weeks later, well syphilis is a bacteria (100 bigger than viruses) and is able to get into the brain before antigens kill it off and antigens don't go inside the brain since its too sensitive and and antibody response in the brain might destroy it so they just let them live in the brain. Well syphilis is known to chemically change the brain function and will cause headaches, altered behavior, difficulty coordinating muscle movements, paralysis, sensory deficits, and dementia. (google) Please I'm begging you don't let schools reopen with out understanding the virus since kids will not show any symptoms but will still be spreading it to each other.

@I'm Your President afcouse they shouldn't open, kids don't really show any symptoms and I doubt they will wash their hands in regular intervals for the couple months they'll be in class. That means schools will become hot spots and we don't entirely know the long term affects of covid on young people. What if it's capable of spreading to the brain and stunt brain growth. They'll be fine waiting a year to restart classes. Better than a lifetime of suffering.

If Sen. Paul wanted to point to countries that did it right, than South Korea and New Zealand are the countries to look at.
