This is meant to be a chill type of Dubstep, a breath of fresh air, a break from the heaviness that Excision usually puts out. Some look at Hip Hop and expect bangers with 808s all the time but there’s also the slow soft vibes that eases the mind. An example would be Drake, that guy can go from soft love songs to a club banger and no one bats an eye. You gotta appreciate the versatility and melodic feels that Ex and Dion put into this one; it really makes you feel at home.

This song brings chills to me. It is symbolic of my battle with anorexia, bulimia, OCD, self harm, orthorexia, isolation. I am singing this to my body, I feel free; after years of abuse. I love my body and I love what it brings me, I am celebrating life and the freedom I feel. I am looking after my body, nourishing, resting, socialising, I’m happy.. Im listening to my body. This song symbolises inner peace after years of struggle. It represents finding yourself. That is how I interpret it. It can also be for a loved one, a place, really anything that brings you great joy and peace. I find the recovery aspect so powerful though, as all you really ever have is yourself. No one can take you away from your body. Finding peace with your body can be challenging, but once you do, you are set free.
