One character that has to work harder or at the same pace: JURI. I agree with Kenny though, low tier characters are so much more fun to watch when they succeed than the higher tiers.

WutTheDeuce I think that's actually why I like low tiers in a lot of games in general. They're not necessarily worse, just more ambitious than the run-of-the-mill picks we call "top tiers".

most of the lower tiered characters are just generally cooler and more interesting as well. I always end up using low tier. I mean I use Elena and Alex in 3rd Strike, and Juri in V. I'm all about the struggle bus.
