Hi lifestyle team, bless up good video as usual. The thing with mushrooms is not to overwork or overcook them and they are good with noodles in a cheese sauce or grilled. Oyster is not a favourite of mine, but I like portobello or button mushrooms. I grill them some salt pepper and a little lemon juice and they are like meat.

Mushrooms are fungus and the place it's grown like the rotten wood it's going to taste and smell like it. Most times it's cooked with meat or other vegetables. You have to aquire the taste of it to like it. It's mostly loved by other people than blacks and Jamaicans. Chinese and whites are the ones who really enjoyed mushrooms
