The inventors fused (covalently) fused to the botox PEP-1 peptide, which carries a natural botox protein into the cell, overexpressed the fusion protein in E. coli, and metal-chelating affinity. Purification was easy and convenient by chromatography. In addition, it was confirmed through the experiments of cultured HeLa cells and animals that the purified fusion protein has an effective biological activity and is transported into the cells. Study: first developed a PEP-BTX expression vector that can overexpress and easily purify the PEP-1-BTX fusion protein. The expression vector is a botox cDNA, PEP peptide (21 amino acids) and six histidines connected in series. Using this expression vector, the PEP-BTX fusion protein was overexpressed in E. coli and purified in a natural state using a Ni 2+ -affinity chromatography column. The overexpression of PEP-BTX was significantly higher, resulting in higher amounts of purified protein. It was confirmed that PEP-BTX fusion protein purified on HeLa cells cultured with Western blot was transported to the cells in a concentration and time-dependent manner. PEP-BTX permeated into cells was maintained for at least 36 hours in minimal cells.

Ah I love this! Ever since I used I started the PCA exlinea line I went from botox every 4-5 months to about 7-8. Would you say this would exchance the Botox (I fortunately don’t get droopy eyes but I know other ppl that do-I only get on forehead and luckily get a nice brow lift) and this product probably longs the life of botox?

Is it ok to use truth treatments c balm and serum and balm with the osmosis mist? I have the mist for my renew retinol and curious if the mist for osmosis does the same job as the truth treatments mist? Just don’t want to have to buy both if I don’t have to. Also- is it ok to use Niacinamide (my moisturizer from cerave has Niacinamide in it) on top of my renew retinol or Sanitas 15% glycolic. I love that moisturizer and do not want to give it up. If it’s not ok to use it, any affordable recs. Thanks again

Absolutely! They are both mists for massage and product absorption 💗 Should be fine to use together, if you have any irritation I would use NeoGenesis moisturizer 💗

Hi! The pads last me 6 months. I don’t use them everyday and I cut them in half... I think there are 60 pads so if used everyday 2 months. The Ampoule on the other hand is about 1-2 months depending on if you’re using it daily, 2x a day and how much you’re drawling out 💗

I'm curious, do the results last awhile after going thru a whole kit? Or do you need to continuously use? How soon can you see results in lines or wrinkles? I am an Esthetician as well, so I slather my spf daily. Most of my 'lines' that bother me are from expression so wondering if this would help. I’d love to see a demo of how you use it. It sounds interesting. How long does the gold ampule last you using that amount every second day? I’m trying to work out the cost comparison to Botox. Do you use it all over your face or just focus on certain areas like the forehead? I like that they’ll be selling the gold ampule separately.

The topical Botox is in the pads 💗 the Ampoule lasts me 2 months for me- but if used in the qty some use it (some use half a syringe which I find to be to much, you’ll be much closer to the 30 day mark). I used the first box daily. So this should last me longer since I’m doing about every other now. The pads last FOREVER. I also use far less than others- some use 2-4 pads a day... I use 1/2 pad (I really like to get my money’s worth!) it comes with 50 pads. I do have my routine video with this coming soon! I hope this was helpful if not let me know!

Absolutely disagree. If you can prevent before the wrinkle forms, and have resting lines that’s the most ideal outcome. I’ve also completed all the training on this product and that was never mentioned at all :)
