It had been enforced by Chakhesang Public Org since few years back. Chakhesangs have brought out a constitution even with regard to the adoption, inheritance, traditional & tribal usages, and marriage. Glad SH finally adopted these resolutions.

Angami also should do the same. Here in Kohima, some non local butchers are speaking Angami dialect and they're very boastful to non Angami speakers.
