One thing I've wanted to know about this show is when does Doyle know when to say "all rise" if he doesn't look at the door when Mathis enters the courtroom

There's a certain amount of time that could pass when the plaintiff and defendant are called out. Production gives Doyle cues in his ear. There's also NO MUSIC at all during production so it feels awkward :)
