But see, Congress has no real interest in making any wrongs right,if they're not effective by it, in order for them to make any serious changes by putting it to a stop, it has to hit home first once it's gotten to the point to where it being done to their love is when a change will come not until, otherwise they have been put a stop to it, no they have no true interest in putting it to a stop none what so ever, long as it's not happening to them, which I believe they've given the officers their underground approval to do exactly what they are and have been doing as if not only have they've been given a sworn in legal right but also been given instructions and are actually just following the orders in which some have been instructed to do, otherwise it wouldn't be happening nor would it even be a matter in which it needs to be submitted acknowledge address or even needs to take a vote on whether or not its a matter they see fit to seeing to it being stopped.

True story, this happened to my brother and I in the mid 90's here in NYC We were on our way to a birthday party and stopped to a car wash and also had the interior cleaned, even the back as my brother had a Chevy Blazer at the time. We were on our way to the event and got pulled over. We weren't speeding, no drinking, nor drugs and we had seat belts on. Police pulled us over and asked the usual questions and asked for license, registration, insurance. All checked out. They asked if they could search the car. We weren't smart on our rights, so we said sure. They planted a bag of cocaine and said they found it in the back compartment. We knew they planted it as we were at the car wash just before this happened. Me and my brother were on the side of the road pleading with these officers not to do this and where we were going. We were basically begging not to go to jail. These two officers laughed and took their package and went about their business. No ticket, nothing. At that point, I felt the most humiliated, the most emasculated. For that ride, me and my brother didn't talk for about 15 minutes, just taking in what had happened and basically how helpless we were at the point. Since then, I don't trust ANY police officers. I hate the fact that if there is ever any emergency, I would have to call them. God only knows what caliber of officer is going to show up
