50,000/sqm is Solen Residences current developer price. Secondary market lot in the video lowest 37k per sqm to 40k per sqm. Also, consider the secondary market prices. It primarily relies on the seller/owner of the property; not all secondary markets are the same. It depends on the year they acquire the property. The earlier you acquire the property, more affordable the price you might opt to sell it for in the market. It also relies on whether the seller is in a hurry to sell their property.
