The way the CMD of this company overshadowed the Director of Finance during the entire show is quite concerning. The Director of Finance was not given the opportunity to contribute a single word, suggesting that leadership in the organization may be overly centralized around one individual. This approach is not ideal for a large company like NTPC Green
