Christopher Nolan has used this technique of showing 3 time lines, without letting the viewer know that they r happening at different times in Dunkirk.

Dunkirk happens in (almost)same timeline with different (3) perspectives. Maharaja has huge gap bw those timelines.

@@Jordan.Belfortt. true. But the technique is the same. What happens in the land happens in a week. The rescue mission by sea happens in a day & the air attack takes place in an hour. Nolan shows them more or less simultaneously & let's the viewer work out the time line. In Maharaja robbery & rape takes place 15 years back, athletic meet & rape takes place 1 week back & Police Station scenes takes place at present. Director has mixed them together.

In that case, there will be a flash back at that point & V S killing S P won't be an immediate reaction & the scene has to start all over again like in American Sniper.
