As an outsider when i see someone fighting to abolish child marriage,educate children in real schools instead of madrasas,when all the numbers and index point to Assam as a huge growing state,and state being relatively stable without any major incidents one is forced to praise Himanta Biswa Sarma. This similar pattern was observed in Gujarat after Modi came to power and transformed the state completely.

Wait... As we all are Axomiya we must keep our Assamese culture intact. Food, language, clothings, non-religious festivals all comes under cultural ingredients. Bengali people may practice their own culture at home or within their community but when we stand for a nobel cause in national/international platform we should be an Assamese culturally in spite of our different cultural values. If I live in west bengal I couldn't say Assamese language is a part cultural integrity of West bengal and vice versa.
