Born into a military family, Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon's father was former Senator Rodolfo "Pong" Biazon. Due to his father's work, he was raised in a military family and experienced firsthand the difficulties of repeated relocation throughout various regions of the Philippines.
Throughout the years, Mayor Biazon has prioritized the development of parks, the improvement of natural landscapes, and the advancement of the 7K plan for sustainable urban growth. One of his goals is to make Muntinlupa the Philippines' future central business district (CBD). Beyond his civic duties, he finds joy and relaxation in scuba diving, a passion that reflects his adventurous spirit and love for the sea.
