It's not easy to interview a person of this calibre. He is undoubtedly the most learned politician of JK. The journalist came up with memorised questions and was not following the flow.That's why she was unable to stand by her questions because it could have taken the interview in a direction which the journalist would not have prepared for... Though not a suppoter of NC or any other party but I admire Mr Umer only because I find him more genuine than the rest. Absolutely loved his interview on "unfiltered by samdesh" youtube channel.

It's pure politics. Omar's out there backing someone who supported the Kathua rapists, and he's got his own history, saving the rapists of Asiya and Nelofers. I'd love to hear what he's got to say about Wamiq Farooq and the staged Machil encounter during his reign. These guys will do anything to further their own agendas, and every Kashmiri is wise to it by now. They're all just cut from the same cloth.

All those people who are supporting this type of journalism, unfortunately don’t know what actually journalism is. The tone is very important while speaking and with a tone like that and the choice of words, it feels like she has decided to make him the Villian, very saddening. And i 100% support Mr Omar Abdullah when he said she can’t interview LG with the same tone. Interrupting the other party when they are speaking, is the most annoying thing a journalist can do and is more like an Aaj tak or Arnab type journalism. I used to like her interview skills earlier but from past few stories, she has been interrupting the other party while speaking and tries to impose her opinion. This is extremely annoying for the interviewee and for the sensible audience as well.

Omar is correct when saying that people of Kashmir have benefited immensely under NC with things like land to the tiller, debt reforms, education and housing for all etc. However he needs to accept that all these benefits were provided by the great Mr Sheikh Abdullah who was probably the greatest leader Kashmir ever had and ever will have. After his death, Farooq and Omar have done little to continue his great legacy, they cannot be compared even to his shadow.
