Please... this is so upsetting. My Mom would get lonely while we were at work. I would find out, later that she gave her hard earn monies to a phone swindler. I can't tell you how many schemes I reported and lost my religion on. Sorry Jen, they gave you a past the first time. You double down on your stealing and found another way to steal from the elderly. If your found guilty, you deserve your punishment. We all get old sham on you!!

I agree, people work hard and put money away and or live off of a pension. To lose everything financially is devastating. If she cares about her family, what about the thousands of family she took money from? I believe she did this or the Feds would not have raided her home and arrested her.

Sorry but this was boring and I feel like I’ve heard all this Adam, she covered all this on the housewives show, she is doing a lot of talking but not much substance, Adam you guided her through that, I’m fed up listening to her and her husband keep saying gotta fight, yes she’s fighting, but let’s be honest she’s not innocent so all she’s doing is to hope she fights enough to get a lesser sentence, she sure as hell isn’t fighting because she’s innocent

I don't believe her at all. She can try to deflect by talking about color, but the facts are facts. For her to act like she didn't know anything corrupt was going on in her business not believing it. She likes to show off with her money so the fact that she had a business that was bringing in money there is no way she would have not known how the money was coming and going and how it's being made. First, using editing as an excuse and saying that what we're watching is a "caricature" is an insult to the viewers. It's her actions that we are watching on TV, no one is forcing her to act like that. Then using race.. Jen was doing illegal dealings otherwise there would not be evidence from the SDNY.. Just look at the Chrisley case.. This is an attempt to soften her so that what she's accused of looks less bad than it is.. Unfortunate damage control.. 😫😬

Now, I simply refuse to lie about things…face it, deal with it, and I will figure out the right thing to do. @@itsthetruth65 I don’t think that he’d get many interviews if he was confronting and trying to get dramatic moments out of every housewife. They’d all be wary and warned off. Letting someone speak, even if they aren’t truths, or lack accountability, gives us more of an idea of who they are. For better or worse. To let someone speak, is letting them paint their own picture. It either reinforces what we thought, or surprises us. That she is fighting back because of 'all the people that can't fight back' etc is laughable and self serving. I hope she regrets continuously attacking Mary. The show would have been so much better if Jen and Mary had gone into the season as friends. The cast was designed to be Whitney + her cousin, Lisa + Meredith, and Jen+Mary but Jen has such poor judgement that she instead chose to throw Mary under the bus, obsess over Meredith and make herself look like a fool.

Jen seems genuine and I can’t imagine how nervous he was to do the interview. I do think he came off biased and forced a narrative. Great interviewers tell a story without offering an opinion.

Sorry, I am still not convinced. I don't get why Americians glamourize these types of people by giving them lots of media attention (think other housewives like Teresa G, Erika Jane, etc) while the poor victims are forgetten and left to struggle. Why not interview the victims and show how their lives have been affected? Seems these women just move on with their lives -- continue with a whole train of assistance, endless funds spent on more clothing, more shoes, more purses and makeup. While the faceless victims are left with no funds to survive daily life or money to pay for their medical bills.

That was my thought as well: give all the people who were victimized a platform to speak out. Instead it's a platform for Jen Shaw to play the victim. If she turns out to be guilty, it's really going to come back to bite Adam in the butt because he appears to be a Jen sympathiser.

Have you thought of moving away from Utah? I lived there as a military wife(not black and not Mormon), there was not a place for people not in that religion. I understand that it is beautiful country, but I would try to place myself somewhere else.

I am very impressed with your interviewing skills. You made her feel safe so she was willing to talk to you. The point was to get her story, not throw accusations her way. She has plenty of that coming her way in the very near future. I have a problem with her playing the race card. It seems like such a go-to at this point. I don't live in Utah, and I am not Mormon, but from the little that I do know, I have a feeling that her description of her time as a VP is pretty accurate. I do think she and Coach have a genuine relationship, and her family is first in her life. I also believe the editing in the RH franchises are done for drama and ratings, and the cast members themselves play a lot of scenes up for the camera. Real life is not that drama-filled. That being said, I think she is guilty. Everyone else taking plea deals is hard to overcome. I think it would kill her to admit any guilt to her family, and she will go down swearing her innocence. I am looking forward to the trial, hearing all the evidence against her and her defense. Hoping Emily D. Baker will be able to break it all down for us.
