Exclusive Interview w/ Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine Leader

BT’s Rania Khalek sat down with Marwan Abdul Al, a member of the Political Bureau of The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) and head of the group’s Cultural Department. Initially born out of the Arab nationalist movement, the PFLP adopted Marxism-Leninism and distinguished itself as one of the leading organizations in the resistance to occupation. The interview was filmed in a refugee camp in Beirut, prior to recent events.
They discussed the current state of Palestinian resistance in the face of the occupation, the changing world situation, how the PFLP views religion, the strategic tasks of uniting the left, international solidarity and more.

Peace cannot work with an apartheid state, the ANC rightfully defended themselves against settler terror in the fight to end South African apartheid for the same reason. Also Ghandi was a horrible person who wanted the Caste system to return after independence, he wasn't truly for independence from oppression he just wanted to return to a form of oppression he liked.

To be exact on the issue of Apartheid in SAfrica, it's not global public opinion which ended the regime, it was the war in Angola/Namibia, fought by the MPLA with help from the USSR and Cuba against the regime who overextended there. Likewise, it's not some BDS or global outrage which will end Israel, but an equivalent war. Public opinion helps, but the main engine is their military defeat in the region with help from Iran, Syria and other courageous allies.

If this issue continues to drag on, I can assure you that the current occupants of Israel will be forced to return to Europe, where they belong. Iran will get nuclear weapons, turkey will get nuclear weapons, Saudi Arabia will get nuclear weapons, and Egypt will get nuclear weapons.
