Every logical mind has its constraints. Senses has its constraints. Your visual sense says the earth is flat, where as it is contrary. As constitution is deciphered and interpreted by Honorable SC of India, due to their knowledge, expertise and so on, similarly Shastra could be interpreted and deciphered by learnt people like Shankaracharya and religious Gurus. Neither, we have expertise, nor we have that capability to grasp the intricacies of Shashtra. Also logic is constrained by subjectivity. Logic is not universal. Method of induction has its own limitation. Even logic is not infallible. So the benchmark of logic in every sense is not desirable and not acceptable. Apart from religious concerns, there are administrative and social concerns as well. So taking all these into account, and Honorable HC's verdict and Shakarcharya's sermon should be respected and adhered to in the light of right to religion enshrined in Part III of constitution of India.
