@@sudipta2420 nothing happened. Everybody gets busy with their work after a while. Also Sushant was quite reticent and didn't know how to express himself properly. (he himself has said it time and again) Sadh had no way of knowing what exactly was happening in his life as both of them had pretty much moved on in their life and work areas. But hear him out in the recent interview he gave to Faridoon. Around 28 minutes when sushant was put up to him he just couldn't hold himself back. Watch it in case you want to know that he actually had a genuine love for sushant and his intelligence, work capacities etc.

Yeah, they had the most chemistry as Ishaan and Omi in the movie, because they just really ‘get’ each other-unlike Govind. Also I can’t begin to express how much I love Amit as Omi-the way he went from a sweet, clueless guy who was probably in love with Ishaan to losing everything to communal hate and becoming a hollow shell of himself and in the process killing the one person that could’ve pulled him out of this darkness. You can seriously see Omi and Ishaan have a closer, deeper bond than Govind has with either of them. And that, for me was the most beautiful aspect of this tragic story.

It plays with your mind. With your rationale. If omi had one second to think and get over the realisation that all the people he had lost couldn't be avenged through all this bloodbath, he would've stopped. Like I said, Rationale is dead. It all requires certain amount of self-awareness, right conscience, rational thought process, compassion, a fair sense of equality and justice and thus equity. First on an individual level, then on the collective level (state). But easier said than done. Had it not been the case he wouldn't have been killed today. Not in the brutality in which he was, certainly. And not covered up as suicide or protected by literally everybody. Be it the police, hospital doctors, so-called friends. These qualities are thus hard to come by. They're within us but we bury them deep under all this DIRT which is bound to suffocate us throughout, if we don't come out to be what we NEED to be.

The lack of competition in the current entrenched nepo era is a major reason as to why the quality of films have declined.
