First of al I'm a big fan of Kangana and I have seen Queen several times. I live in The Netherlands where alot of scenes from Queen were shot in the city Amsterdam. In the scene where Rani says goodbye to Vijaylaxmi and they're supposed to be at a station in Paris, they're actually at a station in Amsterdam. So that was very funny for me and for us here in The Netherlands as we recognized the train station. The songs deserve more appreciation and popularity. Nevertheless Queen will be in our hearts forever...

Oh and Kangana didn't say national awards have no importance to her and that an award is when she would work with salman or srk. I saw the interview he was talking about and she says and I quote "...what really works here is to work with srk, aamir khan, do one song with them is a lot more useful than a national award..." Nothing against the actress. as a person, she must be good. Comments about movies and movie stars…who are too selfish to see what their behavior is doing to the culture (Queen) What is so great about a movie where a young decent looking girl from good family and good sanskar goes out to have fun and get drunk with strangers? WHAT IS THE POINT OF THAT MOVIE? For the let 20 years, american movie studios (Queen is produced by Viacom) are trying to buy the indian soul, and heavily change the culture. bollywood has an inferiority complex & it continues to show in the way what they have been behaving for the last 2 decades. what they do not realize is that in this the US wins. we get young people behaving shamelessly like many (not all) americans do. Young start to buy everything from alcohol to other self destructive things. breaking our own families, losing self respect and acting like animals--without any 'sanksar' like the girl does in this movie and many other bollywood films Just remember even today none of the Indian actors are known that well around the world. IT IS INDIAN SCHOLARS, WRITERS, SCIENTISTS AND ENGINEERS AND DOCTORS. KEEP THAT TOGETHER AND STOP BEING AMERICAN …nothing great in being american. ask the one who live in the US(both american and Indians)

I disagree The film is biased neither with the country nor its culture It is just the journey of an underconfident , overprotected girl who is ditched by her fiancee a day before her marriage and in the end ,she neither changes her sanskaar nor her family values but finds her own identity ,her strength intact herself that she can lead world alone (definitely inspirational ) And thats a progressive thought every girl should adopt and adapt to the changing times , not forgetting the roots
