Personally I put down 1.3m$ on few ETFs, still diversifying. It was this time last year I made my first million with a liquid 200k. Invested it with a CFP here in TX, I get weekly pay out which I invest back on long term ETF's. Google will be a huge buy for me when the market bottoms.

Somebody please told these investors that if foreign investors don’t genuinely invest in areas that create real value, they risk bringing in new, prosperous individuals who could become future investors. Regardless of the good dividends the USA offers, if real value isn't being created in proportion to the amount of money being invested, it will lead to a bubble. When that bubble bursts, it could cause devastation far worse than what we experienced in 2008, leaving many unable to survive.

Gold is very difficult to mine and produce. It is very limited . Gold rises when investors feel that the markets could crash and that they need to hedge. Recently gold has been rising since central banks have started to buy gold in order to hedge against dollar. Also , with the war Russia- Ukraine war, war in the Middle East , gold is more safer to carry and transport than USD which has also driven its demand up and can be used for transacting weapons or siphoning wealth into safer investments or accounts.

FFI's are pulling of money from India contentiously and daily. Under Trump Dollar will strengthened. Bond interest rates are going up despite interest rate falling. Trumps tariffs will increase inflation in America. Under these circumstances FIIs are not going to invest in India for the next few years. However Chinese FIIs will flood our markets especially after the recent Thaw in our relationship.
