Stop buying from these people. They are very unprofessional and have a tendency to raise their voice at customers. I purchased products from the USA over a video call. I don't know if he is the owner or not, but he was very rude and said so many bad words over the chat. Don't buy from these unprofessional people; they don't stand by their words. Always encourage people who are good at customer service, not those who try to play games with customers. They don't listen to what you say.

Not a good place to shop-poor customer service and misleading advertising. The designs shown in their videos are not available in-store. When I visited recently, they told me, "Ma'am, this is a 5-month-old video; those designs are not available anymore." They insisted that if I wanted any designs, I would need to place a bulk order of 25-50 pieces. One of their executives, Kapil, was extremely rude when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the available designs. Overall, this is a big "NO" from me; what they promise in their videos is far from the reality.👎
