Right common sense is not always common. ** Regarding the time removal: The lawyer actually didn't have the incorrect time if u factor in that he & his law firm are in Texas. Tx time zone is behind NY by 1 hour. So if he had 9:30-10pm on the docu it would be 10:30-11pm in NY, which would be accurate for the time the VMAs ended. He could have simply removed it cuz it had the Tx time zone instead of NY.
